Your 2026 Reading Challenge Cheat Sheet: Which Evie Mitchell Books Fill Which Prompts
I did the homework so you don't have to.
It's reading challenge season, and if you're anything like me, you've signed up for at least three challenges, filled in exactly none of the prompts, and are now panic-scrolling at 2am trying to find a book that counts as "romantasy by a marginalised author featuring disability rep, also available on KU."

Before We Start: The Universal Qualifiers
Some of my books count for prompts across every challenge, so let me get these out of the way up front:
"Read a book by a marginalised author" — That's me. I'm a disabled, chronically ill indie author. The Diverse Trope Challenge 2026 specifically includes marginalised authors, and I tick multiple boxes.
"Read a book by an author from outside the US/UK" — Also me. I'm Australian. All my books count for Book Riot Read Harder's international author prompt and Booklist Queen's Australian author prompt.
"Read a book available on Kindle Unlimited" — All of my books are on KU. If your challenge has a KU prompt, consider it done.
"Read a book by a disabled or chronically ill author" - Yep, that's me!
"Read a book featuring a disabled or chronically ill character" - That's many of my books. I'll break them down below.

Romanceopoly runs four clubs, and I've got books for all of them.
